He studied executive programs at Boston University on Managerial Economics &amp; Corporate Finance, the Master of Philosophy at the Rafael Land\u00edvar University (specialization in phenomenology), and the Post Graduate Degree in INCAE for Senior Management. This is positive news, after the GDP growth rate was trending down ever since September 2015.
